What to Expect
A typical SUP session from start to finish
Safety Briefing
Learn about your board, paddle, PFD, and water safety. 10-15 minutes.
Beach Training
Practice balance, paddling technique, and getting on the board. 15 minutes.
Guided Paddling
Instructor guides you through calm waters, offers tips and encouragement.
Scenic Exploration
Explore beaches, wildlife areas, and scenic locations based on your group.
