These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by AquaCore Adventures ("the Company"), located at Blvd. Kukulcan km 8, Punta Cancun, Zona Hotelera, 77500, Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico. By booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All bookings are subject to availability. A reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from our team via email or WhatsApp. Prices displayed on our website are in the currency indicated (MXN or USD) and may be subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the service. The remaining balance is due on the day of the activity unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit cards. Additional fees such as dock fees, fuel surcharges, or equipment rental fees will be communicated before the activity and are the responsibility of the client.
Yacht Charters: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full amount.
Water Sports & Lessons (Kitesurf, Diving, Snorkeling, etc.): Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Weather-Related Cancellations: If an activity is cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions (as determined by our team), you will be offered a full reschedule or refund at no additional cost.
All participants engage in water activities at their own risk. While we take every precaution to ensure safety, water sports carry inherent risks. Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our certified guides and instructors.
Participants with medical conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, epilepsy, or pregnancy, must inform us at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine an activity could be unsafe for a participant.
The Company is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during any activity.
Minimum age requirements vary by activity. Participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility. Specific age requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.
The captain has absolute authority regarding the safe operation of the vessel and the safety of all passengers. The captain may alter the route or return to port at any time due to weather, sea conditions, or safety concerns, without entitling passengers to a refund.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the vessel or its equipment due to negligence or intentional misuse. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas on the vessel. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on board.
All divers must present valid dive certification (PADI, SSI, or equivalent) for certified dives. Discovery (introductory) dives do not require certification but include a mandatory safety briefing. Divers must not fly within 18 hours of their last dive.
We may photograph or film activities for promotional purposes. By participating in our activities, you grant us permission to use such images on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our team before the activity begins.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of AquaCore Adventures and is protected by copyright laws. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
